š Hello, Londoners, and welcome to our new subscribers! š

London Shower Thoughts
Last week, London witnessed significant farmer-led protests in response to proposed changes in inheritance tax policies affecting agricultural assets.
Some farmers drove tractors through central London, symbolizing their protest against the so-called "tractor tax."
However, what was even more notable was the number of Barbour jackets on display š§„.
Talk about free publicityā¦will Barbour compensate the farmers for the free marketing? And will it make up for the loss in inheritance tax?
Did You Know?
The Curious Case of London's Fake Houses:
In Paddington, 23 and 24 Leinster Gardens are mere facades, concealing a gap for the Underground's Metropolitan Line. These "houses" maintain the street's aesthetic while hiding railway infrastructure.

Now here is a pub that looks beautiful..
Step into the whimsical world of Mr. Fogg's Tavern, a Victorian-style pub in the heart of London inspired by the eccentric adventures of Jules Verneās Around the World in 80 Days. Nestled near Covent Garden, this quirky tavern is adorned with travel curiosities, vintage maps, and eclectic decor that transports you to another era.
